How do I book?

1. Choose your package and then choose your theme

 

2.Have your time, date and location selection

 

3.Contact us on our website, email, text or through our social media pages

 

4.  We will get back to you within 48 hours to finalize event

Do we need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We require 50% deposit upon signing our contract. After that full amount is due 7 days prior to event. 

For sleepovers we also require a $150 damage deposit, which is returned within 24 hrs of cleanup as long as no damage has occured. 

What if we need to cancel?

At Once Upon a Picnic & Events, we understand life happens and you may need to reschedule events. Unfortunately once we are booked, there are no cancellations but we can reschedule at another date at your convenience. We require 7 days notice for changes. 

What if it rains on the day of our picnic?

We know our weather forecast is so unpredictable. We ask that you have alternative indoor space for the picnic. 

Do you have recommendations for locations?

YES! We have partnered up with so many great businesses to give our clients the dream event! From floral farm's, wineries, Airbnbs. We also know of a lot of great spots at beaches and parks. 

How long are events for?

Our picnics are 2 hrs long. If you require more time, we can absolutely do that, as long as no other events are booked that day. It is $55 an hr after that. 

Sleepovers are booked for 24 hrs. 

What are you payment policies?

E-transfer

Can we bring our own food & drinks

Absolutely! Please be advised that alcohol is not permitted in public settings

We ask that for our sleepovers no coloured juices or pops, sticky food or food that will stain will be eaten on our beds, or client will have to replace.
